Upon your arrival at Jammu railway station or airport, our representative will assist with your transfer to Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi Yatra. Check into your hotel and unwind. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax, explore the local markets, or prepare for the trek. Overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.
Early in the morning, proceed for the spiritual trek to the Holy Cave of Mata Vaishno Devi, located about 13 km from Katra. Pilgrims can either walk, take ponies, palkis, or battery-operated cars for the journey. Offer your prayers and seek blessings from the Goddess. After darshan, return to Katra by evening or late night. Relax at the hotel and rejuvenate after the spiritual trek. Overnight stay in Katra.
After a refreshing breakfast, check out from the hotel. If time permits, visit the local temples or shop for souvenirs. Later, you’ll be transferred to Jammu for your onward journey with divine memories and spiritual blessings from Vaishno Devi.
The trek from Katra to Vaishno Devi Bhawan is approximately 13 km one way. Bhairon Temple is an additional 1.5 km uphill.
