Review : Visiting sacred Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple is a complete bliss!!!
One of the oldest and richest shrines of Lord Vishnu, one can witness the lord in anantashyana posture through three doors of this temple. The architecture, divine energy and rich Kerala tradition well witnessed in this sacred place.
Tips for a pleasant visit:
1. Strict dress code to be followed by devotees ( traditional dress for women and only dhoti with towel for men) Shirt and T-shirts are not allowed
2. Temple dharshan timings are quite different from other temples....plan accordingly
3. Early morning Dharshan is less crowded, otherwise there is a waiting period of 1-2 hours as per crowd
4. Special VIP dharshan tickets are available only in-person inside the temple
5. Cloak rooms are available to keep valuable and cloth
6. It is nice to visit the nearby Ganesha temple along with it

Review : Visited on a Weekday (Monday) early in the morning to have the first darshan at 3:30 am, was in the queue by 3:15am, they allowed to general public to enter the temple exactly at 3:30 am, within 25 minutes finished the darshan,
As the crowd was less again I had another darshan.
After the darshan of this temple, I visited a famous Lord Ganesha temple just 200 mgs away from this temple.
I recommend you to have the temple darshan at early hours as later the temple gets crowded and you can't see the deity properly.
Saree is a must for ladies.
Dhoti and a towel cloth on the upper half of the body is must for Gents, no Shirt or T-shirt is allowed to wear inside the temple,
There are many shops and facilities to safeguard our clothes, chappal and mobile phones near the temple premises at reasonable cost.
Before planning for the temple, please see the timings of the temple and plan accordingly as this temple frequently gets closed daily at odd times, this temple timings are different from other temples. - Star Rating :

Review : I was blessed to visit this place and receive blessings from Lord Vishnu...The security was strict with no cameras, phones etc allowed. A traditional dhoti ( dress) is mandatory, it's available at around 300 rs per set. Due to the large number of devotees one should plan at least a 2-3 hrs schedule to visit. I assume there are some vip darshan services.
