Review : This sacred site holds immense spiritual significance for many. The serene atmosphere offers a sense of tranquility, inviting contemplation and reflection. However, the current management practices could benefit from improvement. A more organized approach would enhance the visitor experience. Unfortunately, interactions with some temple officials have been less than welcoming. Their conduct detracts from the peaceful ambiance. Hopefully, these concerns will be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for all. It is important to preserve the sanctity and reverence of this special place. - Star Rating :

Visited the Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga—such a sacred and tranquil experience! The temple, nestled on an island shaped like “ॐ”, exudes powerful spiritual energy. Morning and evening aartis are soulful, and the riverside setting adds to the peaceful ambiance. A must-visit for seekers and devotees. 🙏 - Star Rating :

Review : We visited Omkareshwar Jyotirling for darshan. It took us around 2 hours for the darshan. The management could be improved to handle the crowd better. Some people there were taking money to offer quicker darshan, which caused delays for those standing in the queue. This is not fair.
When we visited, the water level in the Narmada river was low. Boat services are available, but they charge a high amount. I would recommend choosing a boat with more people, which usually costs ₹100 per person and is enough.
We stayed at Sant Gajanan Bhakta Nivas, where we paid ₹700 for a non-AC room. The rooms were very clean, and the management was really good. Breakfast is available from 7 AM to 9 AM. Lunch and dinner are also provided—lunch in the afternoon, and dinner from 7 PM to 9:30 PM.
There is also a bus stand in Omkareshwar. Buses to Indore are available at ₹140 per person. Private cars are available but they charge more.
Overall, it was a good experience. After visiting Omkareshwar, we also went to Mamleshwar Temple, which is an ancient and beautiful temple located nearby. It’s worth visiting too. - Star Rating :

Review : I visited Omkareshwar on a Sunday, and the crowd was intense — definitely a popular spot on weekends! One of the best decisions was taking the boat ride both ways. It cost just ₹50, and the views from the river were absolutely breathtaking. The experience from the water adds a whole new dimension to the visit.
A few helpful tips:
• There’s no special darshan available on weekends, so make sure to start your day early to avoid long wait times.
• The temple closes for an hour in the afternoon for the aarti, so plan your visit around that to avoid delays.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location of the temple — right by the river, surrounded by scenic beauty — makes it truly special. - Star Rating :

Review : Wrost Management is there in temple. I am booked online fast Darshan pass worth 300 INR per person. Still management wait us till 2-3 hours. Arguing with the Devotees. Give extra money and they will take bribe and send you inside early. Also there are some agents which will try to send you directly without passes. Need to change the management of the temple. This temple is very important as it is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga of lord Shiva. This management is not able to handle. I appreciate Ujjain management for excellent arrangement and availablity. Jai Baba Omkareshwar. Also temple website is very very laggy, it takes time automatically for time slot and agents will fight with us for the enterance. Wheelchair need to book in advance. But i dont trust the Management now. ♿️‼️
